Upon the completion of these newly built commercial office blocks Eecobuild were call upon to complete all building regulation checks.

Within this job we undertook sound testing for Part E , air Testing for Part L and of course certified the new builds with both the SAPS and EPC certificates.

As part of our service we also applied internal mastic to help improve the efficiency of the building.
